[amsat-bb] InstaTrack???

Hello to the collective...I just installed InstaTrack on my
new machine and was wondering where do I add the
time zone command...I been using old 486dx66 with
dos 6.2 and now have p2 366 with win98 and have no
idea where to add  "set tz=est5edt"
