[amsat-bb] RS-13 robot

I heard RS-13 at 0515z 15th Sep. The beacon was very loud and got good
dounlink. But I could not find QSO robot signal on +/-29.504MHz. Would
you tell me the QSO robot status?


PS. I made a typo in 8J1RL location info. The right location is
69.00S/39.58E. He is very active. Look for him around 145.890MHz on
       ^^^^^^
AO-10.
