Hello Francisco

Let me confirm that AMSAT-France is now in charge of
MIR spationaute Jean-Pierre Haignere (FX0STB/R0MIR) QSLing.
You DO NOT NEED to send another QSL.
The previous QSL manager F5KAM sent us all the pending demands.
Please allow us a few weeks to answer to all the QSLs.
We intend to put very soon on our AMSAT-F site (http://www.ccr.jussieu.fr/physio/amsat-france/)
the list of all the demands we received.
Therefore it will be easy for you to check that we have really received your demand.

On 09 Mar 1999 a mail was posted by Bernard Pidoux F6BVP,
saying the QSL manager for FX0STB was:
