[amsat-bb] RS-13 Sked

Hello, the RS-13 sat will be making a pass today at 14:53 EST or 09:53 UTC.
I have never operated this satellite and would like to set up a scheduled
contact with someone today.  If you would like to help, please send me email
at jsissom@indiana.edu so we can pick a frequency.  The next good pass is on
Sunday at 14:31 or 9:31 UTC - if you would like to try that pass, that would
be great also.
