On 09 Mar 1999 a mail was posted by Bernard Pidoux F6BVP,
saying the QSL manager for FX0STB was:

Radio Club F5KAM
QSL manager MIR
22, rue Bansac
63000 CLERMONT FERRAND
France

I already sent my request! So now, what???
