[amsat-bb] What happened to AO27?

Did AO27 blink out during the 1527 pass? I heard the control op resetting
the TEPR state. It went a little further and then apparently blinked off. I
tried to call K5OA and when I unkeyed my mic all I got was static. What
happened?
