[amsat-bb] Registration for Space Symposium

If you are planning to register for the 1999 AMSAT Space Symposim and
Annual Meeting through the office, time is running out.  The office will be
closed the week  of September 27th as I am going on vacation.  The last day
I can accept registration is September 23rd.  After that you have to
register at the door and pay the higher price.
