[amsat-bb] kct with logsat

Hi there I require help with the above.
I have got the program Satdemo working with my KCT card but Logsat will not
work the rotor, Wisp will.
I had to alter the I/O for the KCT to 0380Hex so I guess that Logsat does
not know where to look for the drv program
any help Please
