[amsat-bb] Alive SEDSAT

Alive SEDSAT(SO-33) !
I get one frame only at Aug.23, 04:02:40z after the past month
with SGS20 program, 437.910MHzFSK, 9600bps, KISSmode.
I gave a detailed report of the telemetry data to SEDSAT team.
The following are nominally from these data and recent comparisons.
