Re: Ariane/Phase 3-D

I have no idea which flight that P3D may have a chance to ride on.  What the
new story does show is that the Arianespace launch schedule is changing
rapidly due to the availability of satellites and technical issues.  The
story further points out that Ariane 5, at this point, does not have a
satellite assigned.

Another story 2 weeks ago, which I did not post, discussed the current
grounding of U.S. launchers (the newest Delta and Atlas versions) to resolve
quality control issues with the RL-10 rocket engines.  What was that old
saying about " you have to be a rocket scientist ".

At this point, I would settle for a steely eyed missle man.
