[amsat-bb] NB-96/IC-821H Follow-Up

Thanks, folks for all the help.  I failed to mention that I had purchased
the NB-96 used in combination w/ the PSK-1.  The NB-96 had to be reset to
factory defaults on the strapping.  Did that and I am able to connect to the
local DX Cluster.  Haven't yet been able to monitor MIR.
