[amsat-bb] STS-93 SWL

To whom do I send a card for receipt of an SWL card from STS-93?  Although I
didn't get to make a voice contact with STS-93, I got the next best thing -
listening to the shuttle side of a QSO with a school.  May be "old hat" to
some, but sent goosebumps down my spine for that moment.
