[amsat-bb] 9600 baud mods for ICOM 271/471

Hello all

I need information on the mods for Icom 271/471 radios for 9600 baud operation.

A while back this was posted on the board, but I've since lost it (usual long story!).  Would the person who posted it please re-post?
