Yes to SAREX SWLs (was Re: [amsat-bb] STS-93)

Yes, you can get a card for SWL as well as QSL on SAREX.  It is the same
card with a different box checked on the back.  As has been mentioned
earlier, cards can take six months, but are worth the wait!
