[amsat-bb] Communications Quarterly

Has anyone seen the latest issue of Communications Quarterly on newstands? I
have a published editorial in it and would like to get a copy of it. I'm not
a subscriber but usually pickup a copy at the local Barnes & Noble but they
don't have any of the current issues :(
