It should be roughly the same power, but without actual knowledge of the
power it's not that easy to calibrate it. Try putting in the KO-23 equation
into he CFG file and see what happens.

The transmitter power output on KO-25 decodes to "V", according to
the DTLM config file. If the thing really is reporting a voltage,
is there enough information kicking around to turn that into Watts?
I'm curious, since KO-25's downlink seems much weaker than the
deafening roar of UO-22 and TO-31...
