[amsat-bb] Manchester FSK question for pacsats

Sorry, I had the wrong email return address. Here is my question again.

Hello,

I am setting up a station to work some of the pacsats. I am interested
in the ones that do 1200bd. I have the
PSK downlink figured out, but I am not sure on the manchester encoded
uplink. With the 1200bd uplink, is the actual bitrate 2400 bits/sec when
using manchester encoding?
