[amsat-bb] ao-27 running on low power?

  is it my imagimation or is ao-27 running on lower than normal r.f. power?
my rhcp qha's are fine, and i get the pacsats as usual, but ao-27 is way
lower. it could be the heavy clouds in the area as well. just thought i
would
