[amsat-bb] AO-10 status 3rd July

I'm monitoring AO-10 beacon with FFTDSP.

AO-10's spin period was 1203sec (20min 3sec), spin rate was 0.05rpm at
23z 30th June.

At 09z 3rd July, the beacon was ON and OFF cyclically. Approximately,
ON period was 23-25min and OFF periond was 13-14min.
I think AO-10 become unstable and SUN angle is changing in short cycle.

I'm not sure what will happen to A0-10 next.
