[amsat-bb] AO-10 FM'ing

Howdy,

I checked AO-10 today 7/2/99 at 2155 UTC. The bird was ~25,000 km from me at 
MA 49. It had definate FM;ing of CW signals, and voice appeared to shift as 
well.  It was still workable, but sure sounds like the early beginnings of 
another sleep phase.
