[amsat-bb] RZ4HWF/P

I just received word from Sergei, UA4HTJ that he will be active as RZ4HWF/P 
in grid LO33ja for Russian Field Day July 3rd and 4th. He will attempt 
contacts on all satellites.

I won't have a window this year, but Europe looks in good shape.
