[amsat-bb] PK96 & IC821H on digital birds

Would appreciate comments from those experienced in setting up the PK96 and
the Icom 821H on 9600.   Cable wiring, soldering  and deviation < 3.0 were
rechecked.  DCD stays on with and without the separate RXaudio line.  Xcvr
squelch varied on and off.  9600 items turned on (821 menu). Received signal
strong.  Should the PK96//N9NG convention and G3ruh units (sats) talk with
each other on 9600 uhf?  Tried close in terrestrial uhf 9.6 packet (g3ruh)
with PK96 software w/o success.   Bought Wisp as well.  Did I buy the wrong
