[amsat-bb] FD SATS

Recently a few gentlemen have posted what satellites they will be
working on Field Day. I have not however seen anyone mention MIR. Is
this a satellite that could be used (digipeating maybe)? Or does it have

too erratic of schedule to be relied upon?
