[amsat-bb] TMSAT Image viewing

Since there were a few people who asked me where to get VK5HIs excelent
Windows viewer for TMSAT images, here's the current link on the AMSAT
web/ftp site...  Note that this software is updated quite often so check the
web site for updates.
