RE: UO-36 S band testing



Currently it is a test pattern at 1Mb/s BPSK.  If you have an S-Band BPSK
1Mb/s receiver then you can decode it.  Once it is transmitting data, it
will be transmitting using the standard PBP protocols (at least for now and
if that changes it will be made available).
