A big thanks! to Chuck, KM4NZ who reset the TEPR states on AO-27 during the 
1415 UTC 6/20/99 pass today.

The TEPR (Timed Eclipse Power Regulation) states on AO-27 currently
are: TEPR 4 is 42 and TEPR 5 is 78.
