[amsat-bb] MIR and THD7

Someone noted that they saw "?? R0MIR" on their THD7 but nothing else.  I
just checked our MIREX Web page pass files and I see the problem.  THe MIR
APRS bulletin is transmitted to the TOCALL of MIREX instead of APRS (or
CQ, or QST) so the THD7 is not decoding it.  I have asked Doc Larsen to
fix the  BEACON on MIR so that the THD7's will see it.
