[amsat-bb] Callbook servers

Fellow sat ops,

You've made a rare contact.  You don't want to wait for the bureau to
route a card exchange.  How do you find the address?

An easy way is to look up the call on a server available through the
worldwide web.  Unforunately, many links to callbooks on the Internet
are stale. 

I am starting a list here, of links I KNOW are viable (at the moment). 
If you will send me some missing links, I promise to recompile this list
and repost as a faq, as well as make sure it is available on the AMSAT
site.

EVERY link I've found for the UK and Germany are stale.  Where are the
servers?  I have a French link, that has worked before, but is not
intuitve to non-native readers; I can't remember how to use is.

For this list, we need any servers commonly available on the Internet.
