Keep 9913 dry

I've had good luck using the air dielectric version of 9913 by doing a good
job of sealing the outdoors connection, but leaving the in-house end
unsealed,,,be sure that the coax connector on the in-house end does not
completely seal the end. This lets the 9913 breath. Because of the air space
inside the coax, moisture will condense inside the coax with changing
weather conditions.

I've had one run of 9913 up about 5 years in wet Mississippi conditions
installed this way with no problems.

I think it would be even better if somehow both ends could be unsealed with
the outdoors end in a wetherproof box that would allow air circulation.
