[amsat-bb] KITSAT-3 launch!

Hello,

This is the KITSAT command ground station.
KITSAT-3 launch is scheculed for wednesday at  06:00UTC - 06:30UTC  May 26th 1999 from India.
Transmitter of the satellite  will be truned on AFSK 1200 bps mode after T0(launch time) + 03:48.
The frequency is 401.375MHz.
It will pass over KITSAT command station at about 13:44:30 UTC(T0 + 7:10 - 7:44 may  be changed).
If anyone receives any  AFSK 1200 bps signal for 8 hours after launch+3:48, Please reply to me.
