[amsat-bb] FO-20 QRP

Amsat-UK  VHF Net regular Malcom  G7NFO  reported a  recent
QRP experiment with  John G7TZZ.   Malcom ran 2watts and John
progressively reduced power to 500mW and was still Q5.

Just shows you don't need high power to work FO-20
