[amsat-bb] FodTrack Problems

Everything is now working fine and the DDE client is working well under
WiSP. Apparently I was using an earlier version of Fernando's DDE Client
which did have a bug in the azimuth rotation. I downloaded the latest
version last night and it works fine. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
