RE: UoSAT-12 id?

A week or so back NORAD changed the elements around so.... the object
labeled UoSAT-12 is now correct (Object number 25693). If you are still
using the keps from before the change (with object 25694) then you will need
to update WiSP and other programs that update keps based on object numbers.

Rechecked the time difference with QuickSat and it shows the "B" piece
passing earlier than the "A" piece by 22 minutes.
