[amsat-bb] UoSAT-12 id?

Has there been a recent re-confirmation as to which object (25693/99021A 
or 25694/99021B) is indeed UoSAT-12?  The "B" piece was accepted as 
correct but there was some indication that SpaceCom has swapped the data 
to make the "A" piece the right one.  Predictions indicate a time 
separation of at least 15 minutes has developed between A & B, so it may 
be easier to confirm now.  Is there any official word?
