[amsat-bb] SSTV AO-10

If oscar 10's condx are as good as yesterday, 
I'll be QRV on AO-10 SSTV tonight on 145.945...
hopefully, before 22:00 UTC. 

Freq......145.945 + or - QRM/QRN
Mode.....Robot 36. 

Since the QSB from AO-10 is slow, and if timed
correctly, the fast robot 36 mode should allow for 
near complete image reception before the signal
drops back into the noise again.

The trade off is lower resoloution for a fast 36 
second image.
