[amsat-bb] Listened UOSAT-12

Hi,

Strong signals I copied today 23-04 in Buenos Aires at 00:05 utc from 
UOSAT-12 using only a HT and simple antenna. 

Signals were between S5 TO S7 when the sat was near 70 degree of
elevation.
