I got a message back from W5AL, the custodian of this award that I
described the
other day.

The required confirmed county contacts for satellite award is 100 with
endorsements
for each  50  after the original 100.

Portables count.
Mobiles count

Don't get sucked in by all the mis-information being passed around on
this list.
