Hi Rob,

M^2 makes a great 10' crossboom. Or check out:

They have fiberglass in all sorts of sizes. Remember that a G5400B rotor can 
only handle crossbooms up to 1-1/4" diameter. (as I recall....) Also, the 
mounting clamps on KLM's have similar restrictions.
