Unfortunately this is not true, I mean what they say about advertising.
Until they closed the message page, Swatch wrote:
"You can talk about anything you want; ... as long as the message
contains the word "BEAT" it could be selected."
Indeed, "BEAT" is a registered trademark by Swatch.
