[amsat-bb] RS-13 DX hounds take note

Just in case you haven't listened to RS-13 lately, activity on the bird
has picked up somewhat. I worked 6Y5GH-Gordon on 4-7-99 at 0315
UTC.....nice to hear someone out side the USA. Al -XE2YVW has also been
showing up on a regular basis, so keep listening when the bird gets good
and south.
