[amsat-bb] ICOM micro4AT

Hi All:
	This a little off-topic, but I'm not  sure where else to ask so....
I have a chance to purchase 440 HT, but I'm not sure of its 'specs'.  Does
anyone have some information on an Icom 'micro4AT' 440 HT?  I'd like to know
if this rig operates 430-450 or if it can be modified to do so.
