[amsat-bb] Whom do I ask?????????

Hi All,

Does anyone know whom I could ask about getting the
Keplerian Elements for the U.S. Domestic Geostationary
Satellite ( Telstar 402R ) sponsered by AT&T.  Keps
that I can put into my InstantTrack program and it will
tell me where to point.
