                  Single-Chip Transceiver

Designed for use in the 2.4-GHz band, a single-chip radio transceiver is
suited for use in wireless voice and data applications, especially slow
frequency-hopping WLANs. The device integrates a 1.3-GHz PLL, 2.4-GHz
frequency doubler, LNA, high frequency buffer, 2.4-GHz low noise mixer,
IF amplifier, high-gain limiting amplifier, frequency discriminator,
RSSI, and an analog DC compression loop.
