[amsat-bb] Oscar 10: It's alive!

Fellow sat ops,

Last night, March 20, Steve, KB8VAO and I had a minimal QSO on AO10.

Tonight, March 21, I was able to hear my downlink at times approaching
44.  QSB is severe, but I think the state of our old friend bears
monitoring, and it looks like she'll be back the next few days.
