[amsat-bb] Who was in EL97 on FO-20?

Did anyone catch the callsign of the person calling CQ on
FO-20 from EL97?  I heard him on the March 15, 1999 0230 UTC
pass of FO-20 in the lower part of the passband.

That is one of the 2 Florida grid squares I have not worked on
satellite.
