RE: Parise MIR KEPS




	If you look at the elements the epoch year and day are 99 69 in
the NASA format and 99069 in the AMSAT format. While this works in the
programs I tried, there may be some programs where that is not valid.
	You may have to change the check digit if you change the space to 
a zero. Of course you could experiment with 2LIN2KEP or NASAWASH programs
from the AMSAT web site (downloadable software) or ftp site.

  I wonder why the Mir Keps from R.Parise don't work in Nova for Windows V.
Nova1.0t_1?
  The 2-line elset produces no output in listing mode and the Amsat elset
results in a floating point error.
  Other elsets work okay.
