Hi Daniel:

The RCA connector is a PTT line.  Grounding this line will place the amp into
transmit.  This is much more desirable than RF sensed T/R control.  The relay
and the power transistors will last longer.  Connect it to your transceiver's
"ground on transmit"  PTT line.
