Good afternoon...On Tuesday, March 2 at 1640z to 1653z on RS-13 orbit #
40478, on frequencies Up 145.970..dwn 29.477 with an 589 downlink signal I
called CQ on RS-13 for a good 10 to 12 minutes. No answers...I heard a
couple of QSOs higher up using SSB, but no response to my CW CQs...Anybody
