How to use "wisp-tlm.exe" in WiSP32
===================================

For example KO-25;

(1) Save "wisp.ini" used for wisp16 in "c:/windows".

(2) Copy "wisp-tlm.exe", "kitsat2.cfg", "kitsat2.pag" in "c:/wisp".

(3) GSC - Setup - Programs - Menu Title - "Wisp-Tlm"
                             Startup Directory - "c:/wisp"
                             Program Name - "wisp-tlm.exe"

(4) GSC - Setup - Satellite Setup - "KO-25" - Edit - 
                  - General - TLM Config File - "c:/wisp/kitsat2.cfg"

(5) GSC - Setup - Satellite Setup - "KO-25" - Edit - 
         - MSPE Settings - General - (Check)LOG Telemetry frames

(6) GSC - Programs - "Wisp-Tlm" - Telemetry - Select Satellite - 
    - "KO-25" - Telemetry - Playback File - "KO-25" - 
    - (ex.)"98032902.tlm" - Window - Communications - Telemetry - Play
                                     Computer         Forward
                                     Power
                                     Temperature
                                     Navigation
