[amsat-bb] AO-27: EL19 On Sunday 1630 UTC

For anybody needing/wanting EL19, I will be QRV on AO-27 this Sunday on the
1630 UTC pass.  

If you don't need that grid, please refrain from calling me; give the low
power, portable, and HT ops a chance to get in.  Thanks.

The bird is shutting down earlier these days, so southern stations don't
wait--call!
